1. Order Processing

Orders placed on bellsports.in are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST on a business day or on a Sunday/public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Bell Sports covers all shipping costs for every order delivered anywhere across India, regardless of order value or location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Bell Sports is not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed courier partners across India. A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website or through your order history on our website.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Bell Sports is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may try up to two more times before returning the package to us. We will reship the order to you at no additional cost once we receive it back and confirm the corrected address.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Record an unboxing video while opening the package — this is mandatory for all return claims and must clearly show the sealed package, the item inside, and any defects or discrepancies
• Email us at sales@bellsports.in with your order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and the unboxing video (or a link to it)
• Attach clear photographs of the item and packaging (required in addition to the video for damaged/wrong item claims)
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our designated courier
• Do not return items without receiving a return authorisation from us — unauthorised returns will not be accepted

8. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item sent by us — we will bear the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or any other buyer-initiated reason — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days of inspection
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may vary)
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

10. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process outlined in Section 7 and mention that you prefer an exchange. Exchange orders are dispatched after the original item is received and inspected.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at sales@bellsports.in with your order number. Once dispatched, the return process applies.
